The HERO12 Black, with its enhanced professional capabilities, supports wireless voice control via Bluetooth audio and "wireless synchronization of multiple HERO12s using timecodes." The former allows hands-free operation during shooting, while the latter supports efficient post-production workflows when using multiple GoPro cameras.

While these features may not be particularly significant for general users, it's worth noting that the HERO (2018) does not include them.
